Fear of Confrontation
Aside from having very thin walls the place looks great, is quiet for the most part and not far from town. The only down side to the quiet is again the thin walls for occasional dogs, kids, TV, or music to leak in, especially from below and above. During rush hour traffic if the porch door is open can be loud as well due to heavy traffic on that road. The staff is probably the worst part about this and would be the main reason as to not recommend living here. The price is too high trying to be a 'classy' apartment complex when really it's only your average place. The staff seemed to be very shy when it would come to confrontation. I have noticed some issues and knew some people that lived there who would be treated unfairly, like whoever complained the most would get their way instead of coming to some sort of agreement between the two parties. Staff aside the place is just average, but the staff and the pricey premises takes this to the 'below average' rating. There are much better values that are available in this area.Share This Review
