Majorly I am writing for bad behavior i got management guy of the pool maintenance. Based on the marketing for 2018 Summer Pool Opening, it was supposed to be opened by 22nd June, 2018. We tried to take required membership. The day we been to pool for our first summer, OMG, a notice written due to unforeseen circumstances this pool is closed further notice. When I manage to get someone near the pool after 5 days, i tried to ask him when shall we expect the pool services to be opened and from where I can collect my Pool Membership pass. The person was very rude, he told go out of the pool first. Directed to ask him question outside of the pool premises. His behavior was not up to the the mark and don't know how to talk anyone. He seems to management team member with full of EGO. We are current tenant and has all the rights to know when this pool services to be opened. They are not performing the required duties on time and it has huge impact on summer fun time.
