These apartments are way overpriced for the things that are lacking. Please save your time and look anywhere besides a property owned by Morgan Properties. Their online pictures are deceiving. Read your lease thoroughly before you sign it, because they will take you to court if you don't/can't pay a certain charge. Pros: A roof over my family's head until our lease expires. Cons: -They will charge you separately for 1. water. 2. parking. 3. late fees if you haven't paid your late fees from previous month (lost a job). 4. monthly mysterious "service fees" - Pet rent is $35 instead of the usual $25 per month that most complexes charge. -That being said, pet waste is all over the apartment grounds. -Security is nonexistent as the intercom systems don't even work. -Parking is not on a first come, first serve basis. Some tenants have more than one parking reserved. We have had to park in the adjacent parking lots and walk to our apartment late at night/in ice/snow/with kids/loads of groceries. This is the biggest peeve we have. -Landscaping is nowhere near as tidy and refreshing as in the pictures. They WILL perform leaf blowing and lawn mowing early on a Sunday morning though, so good luck sleeping in. -Hallways are not cleaned regularly and countless times we have smelled garbage coming into our hallway. -And last but not least, office personnel definitely don't enjoy doing their jobs. If you call them with more than one question, they will most definitely meet you with an unprofessional and irritated attitude. Don't they get paid to do this job?
