Resident 1999 - 2002

2/25/2002

It is amazing that we have endured lived here for three years, because I can´t say that this is exactly the place for most people.
First of all, the grounds are the absolute most HORRID thing I have ever seen. The grass doesn´t grow even in the summertime- or perhaps that it is simply hidden under countless mounds of **(ahem)** "doggie treats"! Needless to say, that is disgusting.
Next we move onto your neighbors. Depending on which of the five buildings you happen to be stowed into, you can expect a wide variety of "cultural" experiance. Other fine perks are the loud and abrasive loiterers in the hallways. No matter the time of night or day, you can bet these pestering menaces will be there to greet you.
The inside of the apartments are very nice, especially the remoldled ones. But there has to be more than that.
If you have children, they will have a blast playing in the empty lot the manager calls a playground. And better yet- why not the woods, that are littered with trash of all kinds.
Finally the biggest issue of all- money. The rents are astronomical and you get nothing compared to what you pay for. Expect to pay about $800 for a one bedroom, and over a thousand for a two bedroom. Plus a $60 rent hike guarenteed every year.
