I kick myself for not reading reviews before I moved here. I was suckered by their "renovated" apartments, but slapping flooring and a coat of paint on this dump shouldn't fool anyone. I could sum up my experience by saying that on the day I moved in there was a large puddle in the center of my apartment's floor, and when I called management about it, I was told "they could let me borrow a mop." Since then the sink and floor have both leaked water, bugs have taken over my sliding door with no maintenance assistance, and I've had to learn to sleep to the sound of every. single. thing. my neighbors say and do. If you're not listening to their conversations as if they were happening right next to you, you're listening to the sounds of pipes slowly break. The management team is careless, there's hidden costs to everything, and at this point it's worth the cost of breaking my lease to leave. Don't make the same mistake I made, don't move here.
