Resident 2019

9/24/2019

If you are a family with kids AVOID this building. Although there are security cameras everywhere and entrance keys are all digital - anyone can get into the building. These idiots installed the fire exit doors inside out (and it can't be locked) and anyone can enter and exit the building. Even animals. I don't know where the Fire department was looking at when I approved permits of this building. All windows in the building are defective and do NOT close all the way. It will Rain not just outside, but also in your apartment. Winters will be very cold and electricity bill super high. The management has been aware of the issue since March 2019 and does not want to fix the issue because it will cost them a lot of money. But they will try to sue you as soon as you hold a payment back. Jason Masso - building manager and Anthony Curty - real estate agent has been promising to fix the problem to new renters to get them to sign the lease. I feel bad for these families. Don't give any business to these cheapskates. Move your family to another building.
