This is a very nice place to live. I have been here for only a month, but all in all am satisfied. The only reason that I gave maintenance a lower score (they are very, very friendly and quick) is that there are some issues. Mostly, as you can tell right away there is a pond in the middle of the grounds, and it is filled with geese and swans and ducks and frogs... A nice thing I think... But the geese all go to the bathroom in the same place--on the walkway around the pond-- and it is rarely cleaned up by the staff. Going for a nighttime walk is like walking in a mine field. As far as the tenants here, well it is not equal to what typical Cherry Hill demograpahics are. By which I mean that there are lot "thug"-dressed urban tenants, but they seem nice enough I guess. Noise supression here is great, I never hear anything. Parking is assigned. The construction is, well, B average. The doors and windows seem a little not quite even. The staff here is great and all in all I am glad that I moved here. Also, just to gove some idea of the quality of life here, there are some famous people that live in here: From the Philadelphia Eagels: Lorenzo Booker From the Philadelphia Phillies: Ruiz, Blanten, and Tischner.
