Office Staff

I moved into the Heathers as my first apartment on my own, living out of my parents house. I had other choices but initially it was the fireplace and Rocco the salesman that convinced me that it was the Heathers for me. Since my move in date of March 13, 2006 I have had nothing but problems. First the management changed the office staff. Rocco now works at another complex, and all the nice personable people that once occupied the office have been replaced with rude, arrogant, inconciderate a**holes. The maintenance staff is slow to say the least. I just recently had a few items fixed that were on my move in check list. They are constantly ignoring phone calls and when you do get somebody they make you wish you had never called. They tried to evict me in early December. I lost my job and was late on October rent, fair enough. But when I paid them up to date in early November, they filed 8 days later! I am currently battling with management to have court fees dropped (which amount to about $250.00) because they never should have filed in the first place. Furthermore, and issue involving a credit of $140.00 they owe me is now being reviewed by their accountant. I brought it to their attention in August and they promised me a resolution, now the woman I talked to is flat out lying and saying that she never gave me the explanation for the overcharges that she did. All in all I would have to say that living at the Heathers has been a valuable learning experience for me. I learned that I will NEVER live in another property owned, managed, or even affiliated with SEB Realty. I certainly would NOT recommend this community to anyone.
