It is incredibly frustrating to live at the Monarch. It is way too expensive for the quality of the apartments (i.e peel and stick "wood" cabinets and "hardwood" laminate floors) as well as the quality of building management/leasing office staff. Management just doesn't do their job and are incredibly rude if you ask for serious help. We have had occasional issues that negatively affected our lives (due to noisy/disrespectful neighbors mostly) while living here, and management may as well have laughed in our faces. If the Monarch is going to consider itself a "luxury apartment" then they need to hire folks that actually respect that, and will treat the residents accordingly. Unfortunately, this year has been the last straw for us, and we will not be renewing our lease or recommending anyone live here at this point.
