Bermudez apartments in Elizabeth, NJ. Are really Nice, polite, clean, very well preserved apartments, good staff and the resident manager Marissa is a super nice person. I highly recommend this property.

Great place to live! Very well maintained and great staff. No complaints at all. I never lived anywhere with a staff willing to help before and it's a nice change. Maintenance is done quickly. Price is right. I would definitely recommend Pineda apartments to others.

It's a walk up building with a laundry facility in the basement. I toured the property last week and it was a very cute apt on the 1st floor with nice closet space. Unfortunately, it was just not what I was looking for.

Love the neighborhood everything is within walking distance (supermarkets, restaurants and transportation to NYC by bus or train). Everyone is really nice and i love the garden area.

Our motto, "Inspiring Our Neighbors" is based on our staff doing good deeds for our residents every day, which we then expect the residents to pass on to others as they go out into the region. Clearly, that isn't happening with this reviewer. We certainly regret the reviewer feels this way. We welcome anyone with questions about this building to visit. This is one of 3 negative anonymous reviews posted during a two-week period by one former resident. Unfortunately, we commenced two court actions against the resident in the past six months, which may account for the some of the negative sentiment. Also, this resident had a guest staying with him that was not qualified to be on the lease in our building. The former resident is obviously very angry, and we are in business to make people comfortable, not have them distracted by negative feelings towards their home or former home. Our goal is to make sure that one of our former residents never feels the need to use his or her valuable time writing negative reviews on line. This is time that he or she could have spent focused on his or her job, spouse, or children, and not on negative feelings about her former home. Our motto is 'Inspiring Our Neighbors', and our entire staff works to inspire our residents so that they then pass on to others the good service, good deeds, and acts of kindness we provide every day. Our staff works hard to inspire our residents so that they can inspire others. Obviously that did not occur in this case. Of the five most recent anonymous surveys that our residents completed for Pineda Apartments, the Resident Managers have been graded a top score of 5 for 'excellent' on each survey. (We send all residents a lucky $2 bill and an anonymous survey each year in order to solicit feedback). Concerning the heating system, we can honestly say that few apartment buildings in New Jersey have as sophisticated a heating system as we have installed in this building. It is a cutting-edge internet-enabled heat monitoring control by Heat Timer in New York that continually measures temperatures throughout the building to maintain a comfortable and steady temperature. The sensor records from this reviewer's apartment prove apartment temperatures this past winter were between 71-74 degrees at all times. This is our target and is above temperatures required by law.
