While it may look less than perfect right now, we are actively working on different sections all at the same time to make our Community shine. We also have plenty of parking and garages available in the event you would like to take advantage of them. Lastly, while it may seem strict of us to not have outside items, it is to make our entire Community look uniform and clean through out. We hope you understand our overall goal. While we cannot control the township flushing their lines, we take all precautions and notify our residents as soon as we are made aware. During our large exterior renovation project, we will be addressing quite a lot of our garages. I also understand that you wish to have a garage. Please know we have many garages available should you want one. You can come to the office or email us at your convenience so we can get this set up for you. We try to make accommodations for our residents as often as possible. However during emergencies, we will need to access as you mentioned. We always ask for pet owners to secure their pet in any area of their home so our Maintenance team can work and get the area repaired as quickly as possible.
