The way in which management has handled any problems and situations is beyond unprofessional. In a particular situation a manager stopped in her car to harass and yell at me as to where my dog was allowed to use the bathroom in a supposedly "dog friendly" complex. We have put in service requests where we stayed home all day waiting for the worker, they never came and put a note on the door as if they did. As well all service requests we have repeatedly informed management and workers that we do not want anyone in our apartment if we are not present. This request has been repeatedly ignored with people walking into our apartment whenever they pleased. If you go to management and try to have any of these situations addressed and handled so they do not persist, I wish you luck, because nothing is going to happen. They will apologize and say they will attempt to fix the issue, aka nothing gets done. GOOD LUCK walking on the grass/landscape. Unless you feel like trying to tip toe around dog excrement. It is not possible to walk through the grass in some areas of the complex because it is truly covered in dog excrement. After again, we brought this to the attention of management. Instead of just saying they would clean up the area they wanted us to attempt to find out who was not cleaning up after their dog so they could attempt to just give the dog owner a ticket. We explained that was unnecessary, but we just wanted it cleaned up which we were quickly shut down and told "thats something they don't do". My final thoughts, what does management even do in this complex? I have never been involved with such a poorly run company, on top of which one that is so horribly rude to its customers. I pray you never have an interaction with Liz (same women who harassed me about my dog) because she can apparently talk to anyone however she feels and without any repercussions.
