I live at Green Hill Manor and I don't understand the comments on construction. I live in a new unit and actually went into some of the buildings before they were completed. The floors between 1st & 2nd were made with pretty large wooden beams and FILLED with insulation. Plus, all of the walls I saw for outrside walls and between apartments were FILLED with insulation. Ii didn't look like there was anywhere else you could put more. The walls that separate sections of 4 apartments form the next section of 4 apartments were made of thick concrete-type boards and 2x4 walls and insualtion. In my unit, I hear NOTHING thru that wall. I do hear people above me sometimes and I hear the people whose kitchen is next to my, but not very loudly.

The appliances in my kitchen seem really good to me and my paint and doors and everything are fine. This isn't a high rise concrete/steel building. I'm no expert, but I can't see why anyone would say it was bad construction.
