I was a tenant at the Carlyle for 8 years. I've seen many supers come & go and two management companies. True, there are other newer buildings on Prospect Ave that probably have less to maintain. However, none of the other buildings have air-conditioning included and for me that was a PLUS! A heated pool and lots of parking spaces to accommodate everyone. Vincente, the super, was pleasant and responsive to my needs. Jasmine, the go-to-girl, always returned calls, answered all questions, pleasant and over-all dependable. There are new carpets in the hallways and new machines in the laundry room. My apartment had new appliances, beautiful hardwood floors and lots of closets. Although, I've recently moved for personal reasons - I will miss the place I called "home" for 8 years and I'm glad I made a few close friends.
