i sold my house and i lived at the carlyle when it was owned by hakemian it was a good experience until C&E EQUITIES TOOK OVER. THEY ARE THE WORST. the owner himself is one the worst human being ever. there's no parking and they charge $200 for the garage that's ready to fall apart. lights constantly goes out. elevator stops working at least once a month. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY find something worth it. if you ever go to the ft. lee office to pay your rent. you'll see the owner mistreating the workers there
