Overall, I would say that the apartments are just okay. They are more expensive than all the apartments nearby but they are also very convenient for those who work in the city or Hoboken. The apartments are nice, the resident manager is just average. Be prepared to wait for a few days before your request is entertained. Parking is an issue. The area is not that safe. Its not safe to walk around at night. I would not advise anyone to stay here if they can find something on Prospect ave. Also the hot water and heater is not included and so be prepared to pay at least $180 per month for electricity.
