This used to be the place to be! Since new management, the place has gone down. The building itself is filthy, elevators don't work, and doors are broken. The common areas are now taken over by younger kids and newer residents who smoke pot there and leave all the residue behind. You can no longer even take the stairs without encountering groups of men smoking weed. The entire building stinks like marijuana it is even coming through our vents . If you have a family I do not deem this building safe as I do not even bring my kids down to the common areas any longer. You are paying luxury price to live in what is becoming luxury projects. Look elsewhere.

The complex and grounds are clean and the staff is amazing. The community is very quiet, a little too quiet. Neighbors complain if you walk too loud which is a bit unsettling. God forbid you spill a drop of water over your balcony your neighbors will file a complaint. Sometimes we feel as if we have to follow rules like we are in a boarding school as opposed to living in the freedom of our own home. I'm new here but afraid to have any get togethers because people will complain and it's quite annoying. I don't know if I'll renew my lease due to that alone which is a shame because everything else we love!
