Very affordable housing and the 9 foot deep outdoor pool is a huge plus. The building is very safe and neighbors are quiet and curteous. Great parking spaces, full Garage & very large outdoor covered and uncovered parking spaces. However the Management can be very rude at times & frequently make mistakes with rent payments. The apartments are bachelor pad material, with cheap rugs, & outdated kitchen appliances. The washer & dryers are a joke. Washing machines are so small & the dryers take $5.00 to actually dry a load properly But the terrace is a plus & it's always warm during the winter so its not so bad. Great neighborhood, easy commute to nyc.
