Mansfield Village Apartments

Great find !! Its been a month for me here. I moved from Parsippany. I still work in Parsippany and drive from Mansfield taking Route 80 or 10. I read some reviews, both good and bad. I was a bit worried in the first few days of moving in. But so far I have only seen good things about this apt complex. Shops - Walmart, Wei's, Shop rite, Target, A&P, Home depot are close by. Banks, ATMs, Gas stations, Liquor shops, eating joints , coffee shops are close by. Neighborhood - Children, families , working professionals, students stay in the Apartments . Apartment - 2 bedroom wooden flooring , Central AC, dishwasher , gas burner are in working condition but they are old. Maintenance â?? I have not asked for much maintenance repairs so far but I wanted few things to be attended to before moving in and they were done. Since this is an old apartment complex, I never expected it to be ---- and span like that of a luxury condo. Problems so far - Insects in the night time. Since I am in a mountain facing apartment with lots of trees in front of my balcony and door, lot of insects are there in the evening. I use eucalyptus oil/ Citronella sticks/ Lemon Grass oil to keep the insects away but this is a natural problem which the apartment cant do anything about. Rent rates - $1000 + cable, gas, electricity is a pretty good price for a 2 bedroom apartment compared to areas such as Parsippany, Randolph, Denville, etc. Final thoughts â?? If you donâ??t have a problem driving on route 80 or 10 every morning to work, then this is a good find. I did a lot of research and finally locked this one. It is great for working professionals, family with kids, students who have controlled budget for apartment rentals. This is my review in the first month of moving in. I will surely like to read what others are posting and may be give in my inputs again in a few months. Thanks Pro.
