Living here is not recommended. The management doesn't take any responsibility for other tenants who do not follow the rules of their signed leases. They leave the residents responsible to deal with drug issues, noise, vandalism and disrespectful tenants because they cannot be bothered enforcing these tenants to keep in line. They want police to handle everything that happens on their private property or advise the decent tenants that they can move out rather than solve the ongoing problem. There are people of all ages living on the premises and management does not care about any of them. As long as the checks cash when rent is due they look the other way. No one should have to live under constant stress. Home should be a place of sanctuary not one of anxiety and dread.
