Recently moved in at the end of January, 2021. We had a great experience with the leasing office. Mike was great to work, answered all of our questions (there were many) was always prompt and professional and really made it an easy decision to move forward with our lease. Thank you, Mike! The areas for improvement are - (1) the building is quite loud with a lot of noise transferred across apartments. We hear almost everything our neighbor's and apartment above do throughout the day and, (2) the package delivery process is terrible. Packages are left out and often go missing. I've heard many complaints from other tenants. These two areas are much worse than any other building (5 total) I have ever lived in.
