Awesome Management Team at Quinn Apartments

We've now been at Quinn for almost 3.5 years and we've never had an experience as good as the management team in Quinn. Nicole, James and everyone in the management office and the maintenance team along with our concierge desk folks are just awesome - Manny, Katelyn, Ralph and Ramone are the best! for maintenance, which is not often, but when needed, they come to you ASAP and within one sitting the issue is sorted Concierge, they are like a friend who is looking after for you and your apartment and everything going around your apartment. You can hang out and chat with them if you want and ask them to hook you up with packages or other perishables if you are out extended from your apartment or otherwise. Nicole, James and their team in the office are just phenomenal and do their VERY best from helping with lease extension to any issues or changes you may need in your apartment. As we move out to another city, we would miss having such a lovely company who we could rely on for any / all needs for our apartment. Thank you much guys! wish you the best!

    We have been living at Quinn for 4 years . We are very pleased with the concierge staff. Especial recognition for Ralph , Kaitlyn and Manny. They have always been very kind and always solve efficiently any request . They are always smiling . We are also very pleased with the maintenance staff. Roberto and Jorge are always willing to solve the problems as soon as possible . They work well and clean . Recently , Roberto helped us a lot with our dryer . Today Roberto changed my washer too. He is very professional . William is always checking that the work is done .

      Excellent Concierge Team

      The concierge team at The Quinn goes above and beyond to assist the residents. Ralph greets everyone with a smile and is always willing to lend a hand. He and his colleagues make it a pleasant and safe experience to live here.

        Dangerous, unresponsive, waste of money

        Where do we start? First of all, there are missing negative reviews on Google and Yelp. From appliances breaking (our washer doesn’t get enough water, the dishwasher has been broken for THREE months and maintenance has been saying that the replacement is ready) to the entire building evacuating because the rooftop pool leaked and everyone’s unit has water damage, to the elevators being down for weeks, to the hot air/no ventilation in the hallways, this apartment is a disgustingly run place. The only plus are the front desk concierge people. Good luck trying to get anyone from management or maintenance to respond to you. We’re still waiting on our move out instructions from management. We had an incident where a strange woman was knocking on doors claiming to be a cleaner in the middle of the night. Our neighbors had the same incident. Management was notified and they did nothing. Bonus is that you WILL hear all the trains running AND have all the lights from other buildings/streetlights lighting up your apartment even with the see-through shades closed. Stay away. They cut every corner to save costs. I don’t have a single happy neighbor.

          We love the management team here at Quinn. The staff go above and beyond to be of assistance. There is a shining star, Will, Will is a supervisor with he maintenance department. Will goes above and beyond.

              The concierge here are so nice and thoughtful! I haven't found a single one that hasn't been friendly, and they somehow manage to treat you like they're your personal assistant, despite somehow doing the same thing for hundreds of other residents. Way to go Ralph and team!

                I lived at the Quinn for three years and couldn’t be happier. The staff, especially Ralph and Manny, were fantastic. Super friendly and courteous, both of them made coming back home a welcoming experience.

                  Our time at Quinn so far has been overall incredible - the apartment is gorgeous and quiet, with great views and in a lovely neighborhood. The concierge staff - particularly Ralph and Andre - have gone above and beyond to help us in a million different ways. The maintenance staff are also top-notch, especially Roberto, who came in by himself on a Saturday over a holiday weekend in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida to replace our washing machine and did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend!!

                    Been living here for 2 months now, absolutely loving it. A little hiccup when moving in (fridge leaked and partially damaged the floor) but taken care of by great management and maintenance staff (shoutout to William and Roberto and all of maintenance). I’ve got a new floor now. Looking forward to hopefully a long residency here.

                        Had a tour in Quinn last weekend. Tiffany Arias is super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I asked so many questions and she was very patient and explained everything clearly. The experience of applying was fast and easy. Quinn is a great community to live.                           We’ve been living at the Lenox for a little over a month and love it so far! Tiffany, Kyara, and all of the staff were so helpful with showing us the building and amenities both virtually and in person and made the entire lease signing and move in process very smooth! The building is quiet, clean, very well maintained and all of the staff is great. We’re so happy we decided to make the Lenox our home. I’d highly recommend it to anyone!

                              Maintenance has been amazing here. Ken and the team are always so responsive and quick to respond to any issue. Ken just came and fixed my washer completely that was unfortunately an issue completely caused by me.

                                    My boyfriend and I just moved in last month and have only had positive experiences. We filed two maintenance requests at midnight, and by 9:00 am, were already contacted by maintenance staff to resolve both issues. Erik Rodriguez was extremely efficient and friendly in helping us fix our HVAC unit and resolve our outlet issues; it was the best maintenance experience we've had.

The 14th floor is very nice .. although we had a water problem in the bathroom of the apartment, the maintenance manager helped us a lot and was very friendly.
