Let's start with the good qualities of living at Parkview: The apartment sizes are decently big and spacious/ Hardwood floors throughout apartment/ Lots of natural light/ You are very close to the parkway, rt 35 & rt 9/ Close to natural beauty like Cheesequake Park. The good qualities end there. Now here are the bad qualities: Parking is a hassle (You will come home from work and see random cars in your lot and have to sometimes park in the next lot over). Everyone who lives here is issued a parking pass and cars without parking passes are subject to being towed. <--- That is NEVER enforced. If you live on the bottom floor, depending on who your upstairs neighbor is, they could end up being the bane of your existence. You literally can here everything that goes on upstairs and it doesn't matter that it's carpeted. If the upstairs neighbors decides to wake up at 5:30am to workout in their bedroom (this has happened to me!): you will hear it all. If your upstairs neighbors have a dog that they leave locked in the bedroom while they are at work all day and the dog starts to howl and cry: you will hear it all. If you decide to not heed my advice and move into this complex anyway: Please do NOT move into an apartment by the dog park. You will enjoy the constant symphony of barking and howling that comes from the park. You will definitely enjoy the group of dog owners that seem to gather around 12 & 4ish and sit in a circle gossiping while watching you come to and from your apartment. It's Big Brother at its finest. Can't wait to move! :)
