Some days I like it there and others I hate. You are very close to Route 95 and can always hear the traffic from it. When large trucks drive by, which is often, the apartment tends to vibrate a bit. Roseann, the office manager, is friendly and professional. I can't say the same for Norma, who if she answers the phone, I'll just hang up and call another time. This is a lady that when I told her my Carbon Monoxide detector wasn't working properly, she said I didn't have anything to worry about because I would smell the gas and would know to leave the apartment. I would SMELL an odorless, poisonous gas??? GENIUS!!! The grounds are prone to flooding. After big rainstorms, you can't go near any of the dumpsters for half a day and the laundry room fills with water. Smokers seem to throw their cigarette butts anywhere they like. The buildings seem to be in need of some repair. Just the other day and rainstorm leaked water into the apartments across from me. The entire ceiling in one apartment collapsed from the amount of water and the other neighbor had a flooded kitchen. The lady with the ceiling collapse has to vacate the apartment until the place was fixed. I am guessing they'll have to fix all the holes in the mortar, which look well aged in all buildings. Prices seem a bit steep for the size of the apartments compared to other more well maintained places.
