I moved to Kingsrow in 2010 as my first apartment out of college. One of the main draws was that the community permits pets, which allowed me to adopt a cat a few months later. The 2-bedroom is pretty spacious, though I've always fought with the tiny, awkwardly-placed kitchen pantry. The office staff have always been very kind and the complex often has resident events like the yard sale and pretzel day. I've also loved the fact that I can plant flowers and grill. Like other people have mentioned, there does seem to be an issue with insulation, because the rooms with windows tend to be very drafty. Close to Route 30, the Voorhees Town Center, and PATCO, Kingsrow is a nice place to live with plenty of friendly neighbors.
