I lived in Kingsrow for three years, and I agree with some of the posts that it was not the most happy place to live. I do agree that the one ladies comment was rude but in all aspects she was defending herself and her family and everyone is entitled to their opinion. I just ran into problems with management and I lived in the courtyard and it was noisier than it should have been especially when you have a drunk coming home at all hours and their mother screaming " BOBBY " all night long at him (eventhough it was kind of funny). Certain kids in the courtyard needed to be disiplined better I thought and the parents just let them loose without any supervision at all, tearing up peoples yard and certain people (you know who you are) letting their dogs do all their business in everyones yard!! I know a couple of people that have posted on here, and I agree that too many people were in your business and that is because these apartments you are close to your neighbors. The one gentleman the one lady referred to as ignorant and the family was trash and left their apartmet like trash, I lived a few doors down from them, he wasnt ignorant he kept to himself and just didnt want to be bothered with his neighbors, how does that make him ignorant because he didnt talk to you? I moved because I came down with cancer and had to move in with my children but that same ignorant man helped me clothes, food and money to help me when Paulene almost evicted me. All in all its a nice place but due to the problems I had with management I would not go back.
