I lived in Stonington Court in a 1 bdr w/den for 2 years. I never had a problem here. I had some nice neighbors. My one neighbor was a single Mom and I watched her son if she was going to be late or something. Never had a problem with noise, break-ins, maintenance, parking, bugs or anything else. Office staff was never rude to me. When I called maintenance, they came within a day or two for small things. My heat went out once in winter and they were there within 2 hours. The apartment had fresh carpeting and paint, like it is supposed to have. It was a good size and the den was a perfect little office. I fit a desk and a fouton in there semi-comfortably. There was a TON of closet space. Now that I have had several other apartments, I realize how lucky I was! There was a walk-in closet, and then at the end of the closet there was a whole 'nother storage area. The bedroom was pretty large. Kitchen was ample. Never had a problem with my appliances. I think the refrigerator and dishwasher were new when i moved in too. The laundry room was gross though. I didn't use it. The cops were there frequently, but I never really had a problem. After my roommate moved out I was a little nervous living there alone as a single woman, but it wasn't that big a deal. I got used to it. There is a little bus that takes you to the speedline if you want to use it. I never did, but it's nice to know its there. I was always in Philly, so it was nice to be so close to the Patco line. It's just down the road. I joined the pool. There weren't alot of people at it, so it was peaceful and refreshing. It wasn't dirty or anything. They could throw some chairs in there or something though. The only thing that really bothered me was the trash out back. My apartment faced the woods and there was a bunch of trash out there. I complained once and they cleaned some of it up. But more came back and they didn't keep it up. But whatever. Overall, it was a nice place to live. I have to say I would recommend at least checking it out.
