Been here about 5 months Only one concern can hear the upstairs jumping child and when the water is running - tub, toilet flushing. If the walls were thicker on the stair side, would not hear people going up and downstairs or their voices. Otherwise I have been in others and they are very quiet. Can not hear the outside traffic, EVERYONE is so nice. met a lot of dog walkers, and if you have a dog, they have a dog park. The salt water pool is FABBY!! The grounds are kept very well groomed. They are starting to use the club house more for gatherings for adults and then family nights. Should be great in the winter to meet some more neighbors! I have an Arlington Apt - absolutely love the set up inside - seems very spacious! The rent includes the water, never have to wonder if it is going to change with usage - you can budget
