The apartments are nice, but it took months to get rid of a horrible smell from the water when I ran the sink or bathtub. My main concern is that the people in the rental office are not very outgoing, customer-service oriented, or easy to deal with in a issue. I signed a lease on an apartment only to find out a few weeks later that the resident had decided at the last minute to stay. There was no apology, just a an email stating that I'd have to choose another unit. I had to pay more to find the same model elsewhere, although I felt that since I'd signed the lease, they should have honored the price. Most recently, I used their online bill pay, paying my rent on the due date, but a glitch in the system time stamped my payment for the next day and I was charged a late fee. DO NOT use the bill pay system unless you are prepared to have the company basically call you a liar if there is a glitch and deny that any glitches are possible. I now have to pay a $137 late fee for a payment that I made on time. I do like my apartment, but I am not at all happy with the customer service I have received.
