I’ve lived here for over 6 years. But new management took over in 2019. This Management doesn’t care about residents and considering the price of our rent it’s appalling. Also with restrictions still in place on amenities from Covid - why am I still paying amenity fees? I have extremely loud upstairs neighbors who I have contacted the office about several times. No response. Nothing done. Also with in the past 6 months the apartment building has gotten very dirty. Trash strewn around in trash room, stains on hallway carpets, urine smell in hallways. Very disgusting but difficult and expensive to move during Covid

This apartment is terrible. It is invested with flies and spiders. It is on the ground level even though i was told it was on the second floor. It is so loud I get woken up multiple times a night and many things were broken when i moved in. When i was concerned about my safety the leasing staff laughed at me. There is litter all along the back.
