They're old apartments, I think some things are being updated since we've moved out. When we moved in we got a free months rent and didn't need a security deposit.

Positives:
Cheap for Mt. Laurel area
Close to Mall/Shopping/Jobs

Negs:
Old bldgs/appliances
Aunt/bug problems
Some noisy neighbors, but to be expected in an older apt. complex.
Maintanance crews start work at 7am or earlier.

Lived there a year, and definitely had an ant problem. Lived on the top-end, so didn't have much neighbor problems. The dryers do suck venting into the apt, but put bleach and oil in the box and it'll be ok... better than having to go to the laundramat. In the summer, they mow early in the AM if you wish to sleep in, in the winter they plow late into the night or early in the AM and make a ton of noise too. The flower beds were filled with poison ivy. Parking is variable, depending on what time you get home, but I never had to park past the local lot.
