Parking sometimes can't be found for the paying tenants! You will find alot of cars in the tenants parking spaces that are visitors. They should make assigned parking which would be better for the paying tenants! Also, I have been living in my apartment for 4 years on Mar.5,2007, and the rent of $990/mo. seems quite a bit given the problems I have had with the 1 BR, 1 BA OLD apartment. I believe renovations are in the works but it seems they are charging the tenants that currently reside there for what will be done in the future; we will have to move inorder to have our apartments renovated completely.I live on the 1st floor so when my neighbor makes any noises upstairs, I can hear it all. Then to make matters worse, maintenance has been to my place 3-4 times for this same issue; when my neighbor does laundry, her water backs up in my kitchen sink and has at times caused a flood on my floor. The problem has been ongoing and is not fixed as of yet, so I am looking to relocate. Another issue is the rodent problem; at any time, I can see large black grasshoppers in my apartment crawling around and ants; so sad that I have now gotten used to the problem. I spray with the pest control but nothing helps. When it rains, the base boards start peeling apart from the wall. This is absurd for the amount of rent paid. The rent is too high for this.
