This place is dangerous. I've had many, many packages stolen right out of the building, and management does nothing to stop it. I've walked in on criminals stealing mail, and walking right out the front door. Management takes no responsibility to make this place safe,See More >

It's quite a stretch to consider this a "luxury building". Pros 1. Lots of closet space, larger 1 bedroom apartments compared to other properties on the market in New Brunswick. 2. Maintenance guys are friendly, quick, and efficient. Never have to wait more than aSee More >

The building was recently purchased by new owners and the switch has been challenging. I had always thought the apartments were expensive for what you got (agree with previous reviews that cabinets are crooked, appliances old and bathroom tiles are small). The apartments are quietSee More >

I came here for an initial tour thinking that a 600sq ft. which was priced at $1400 was available (as advertised online everywhere). I came to find out that due to 'supply and demand' as they stated that the smallest 1 bedroom apt. See More >

Pluses: * Really close to the NJTransit Station. Between Rutgers Cook/Douglas and College Ave campuses, so it's fairly convenient to both. * In-unit *front loading* washer. Never seen that, and it's great. * Appliances don't *look* that great, but they work really well. * Separate climate controlsSee More >

I recently moved from Skyline to be closer to the city because of my job. I honestly wish I hadn't because I loved everything about the place. I believe that I received above and beyond what I was paying for. The buildingSee More >

My boyfriend and I lived in Skyline Towers for 2 years. I have to admit, the apartments are beautiful. We were almost sad to leave. I really liked how clean the place was. The maintenance people were always available to us, friendly and polite. TheySee More >

I've lived at Skyline Tower for the past two years and I am glad to be moving out. The apartments are beautiful, not going to lie, and living in the top floors has it's nice views. But they are OVER priced and not worth yourSee More >

This place seems like a nice apartment to live in, until it is time to move out. The management gives you the lease extension papers exactly 60 days before moving out and expects you to still give them 60 days notice. Even a 2 daySee More >

We lived in Skyline towers for a year (2007-2008) and I would agree that the place is a mix of the current reviews, good and bad. We stayed in a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath unit on one of the upper floors of the building and paidSee More >

I agree with both reviewers. It is a great building very conveniently located, very safe, and quiet for the most part. The downside - the maintenance crew. They do behave like they like they own the place. The media room definitely belongs to their son andSee More >

I agree with the earlier reviewer. The staff in this building uses the facilities as their personal property. The alleged common area is constantly usurped by them to either watch TV or play videogames on a large screen TV.

This is easily the most quiet building I have ever lived in. I don't agree with the past reviewer - I find the staff to be very friendly and if you take a little time to get to know them they will do anythingSee More >

This building is run by the maintenance people, who act like this is their personal home. If you are in the building whou have to call 2-3 time for them to come and try and fix something. They tell every lie they canSee More >
