This is easily the most quiet building I have ever lived in. I don't agree with the past reviewer - I find the staff to be very friendly and if you take a little time to get to know them they will do anything for you. The parking deck across the street is a little expensive - fortunately, street parking is not impossible, but also not easy. All of the apartments have front loading washing machines, which is nice and overall the layouts are rather large. The small gym on the first floor is adequate for a cardio workout and light lifting. I would not consider this building very sociable. The first 2 or 3 floors are subsidized housing. I would imagine that most residents could be classified as doctors, lawyers, professionals, med students, and a few Rutgers student. All very friendly. I have never felt unsafe. Consider this place - its in a great location (walking distance to bars, train, and parks) and reasonably priced compared to everything else.
