Do not believe what you see on their website (which actually has viruses on there-probably from a past disgruntled tenant), what you see as an apartment example is not what you get. This is the worse place to move into. I was tricked into this apartment and I would never recommend anyone live here. Maintenance doesn't to their job. The place that I moved into which is suppose to be newly renovated has not even been cleaned for me and is mice, roach and ant infested. They didn't even have the decency to clean out the heating vents so I have dead animals, dust and the past tenants belongings in the vents. They haven't cleaned anything. Just covered it up. There are holes everywhere! The mice get everywhere through the heating vents. And it smells like something died in here. I can't for nothing get the smell out of the bathroom and hallway closet. Maintenance has painted all over everything and even plastered a door to make it a wall. You have to pay $60 more a month to pay for a parking spot. You have to pay $550 to purchase and install an air conditioner. You cannot install it yourself. You can't move in or out after 3pm. It used to be you cannot move after 5 or 6pm during the weekdays but for some reason I have noticed that they have been closing the gate early. Each time I call for maintenance to fix a problem or to get rid of a mouse...I get no feedback until I yell and scream on Mr. Rivera's extension (the director of the community by the way) until he sends someone up. All I can say is 10 (310 days) more months in this hell hole and I am out of here.
