I'm surprised there are so many bad reviews. We've never had issues with management. If you have a problem, they'll fix it. I'm sure if you get nasty about it, they will too. The complex is in a nice, quiet area. Obviously, the building isn't new but all things considered, it's not bad. I can't really hear my neighbors, but I do hear the floors upstairs. They should be carpeted but obviously, they're not, and they're very squeaky! Heat is free because the place is so well insulated, you almost never turn it on. Biggest complaint is the annual pool fee ($100) that you HAVE to pay upfront, and the pool is only open about 2 months. But then come pool season, you still have to apply for a pool badge. You should have the option to pay when you apply and not upfront. Also, the parking lots (excluding the very first and very last lot) are pretty small. If you have a big car, reversing out can be a little tricky. But other than that, I think it's great for first time renters.
