Resident 2011 - 2012

8/27/2012

The only positive of this apartment complex is that dogs of any size are allowed. The area is very noisy with children running around and playing in the roads instead of on the grass or in designated play areas. Parents will give you nasty looks when you drive by, since they consider the street to be the play area for their children. The apartments are infested with stink bugs and the shrubs are overgrown and impede parking. Heat is controlled by the building, so it is on at full blast from October until June. Even when it's 90 degrees outside, the heat is still on inside. The refrigerators are very old and use a lot of electricity, so be prepared for the high electric bill. Many of the washing machines don't work and the outside area in the back of the complex is not well lit at night. You are expected to drag broken garbage cans to the designated garbage area, which is right next to the play ground. The first month that I moved in I asked for my doorbell to be fixed. I moved out 13 months later and after repeated phone calls, it was still not fixed. I asked for the shower to be fixed and someone finally responded a month later when water started leaking into the apartment below mine. To top everything off, when I moved out, I was charged ridiculous fees that I had to sue to recover. Stay far away from this complex.
