I moved in yesterday (4/29/20) and when I arrived the leasing person Margaret informed me that they didn't even know I was moving in and kept repeatedly asking me if that day was my move in. They then informed me that my apartment wasn't even ready and hadn't passed the city inspection.. Why they didn't tell me this BEFORE I came in is beyond me. There was no cable outlet in my apartment and it was NOT cleaned. The nice older lady who I had dealt with over the phone a few times for utility numbers and the leasing agent Bri (Both have who I have no complaints with) we're nowhere to be found. The office staff was completely dis functional and didn't even know my name. It seemed as they were frantically running around and calling people for answers they should know. Will not be staying here long and I do intend to leave soon. The front office staff needs to be better trained and practice better communication with their tenants.
