Not a hell-hole, but not wonderful either.
I guess I have been lucky. Everyone seems so mad and angry about this place. I've been there for 6 months, it is my first apartment so I don't have anything to compare it to. But I can tell you this;<br> The parking is great. There are always open spots and a bunch of space left. I feel safe there - I don't believe there is any crime in the area. I do have an apartment with a washer/dryer in it; it broke once and they were glad to fix it (which they did after a week) but did give us a small deduction from our rent that month. There is a dog across the street that will not stop barking...thats pretty annoying. Everything in the apartment seems to make a lot of noise. The heater/fan/air conditioner is very loud and so is the fan in the bathroom - but I am still pretty happy there. There are no mice/pests/bugs. The dishwasher works fine and is probably the most quiet appliance in the apartment. The shower is good - great water pressure and heater. Oh yeah! Our water heater broke too, and they fixed it the same day. The only time is snowed this year they plowed - and salted. Our neighbors below us do play their TV pretty loud and you can hear it slightly, but not enough to annoy us. The person talking about the problem with breaking the lease early is over reacting. It is clearly explained and written what the charges and whatnot are for that type of thing. And yes, they do want to know if you are staying or moving 2 months before the lease is up - which I don't find unreasonable. The apartment complex in general is clean and pleasant looking. I am very happy here. I hope my information helps you out :) Oh yeah, and I am not sure how much the security deposit was - but i am thinking it was 250, but im not sure.Share This Review
