The service at Hunters Glen has gone steadily down the tubes over the last few years. The buildings are poorly constructed, for those people who complain about downstairs neighbors, they should try living on the main floor. You can hear every footstep upstairs, every time something is dropped, their TV, their vacuum, their heat/air conditioner unit, alarm clock, telephone, etc., and if they do not turn their bathroom fan on, you can even hear them on the toilet. It is nasty! And yes, you can hear other intimate activity also, every creak of every piece of furniture. Arguments are heard through the air vents.

A lot of the residents are filthy - laundry rooms are dirty and in disrepair, trash all over, cigarette butts in the grass and leaves, and don't think Hunters Glen staff ever cleans the lawns. Twice a year cleanup and leaf maintenance on the dead grass, that's it. Snow removal is a joke, they pile up snow against all the car fronts and the ice is around for days.

Last year they closed one of the nicest pools, which was the one we used. Each neighbor that complained received a different excuse from the leasing office - a crack in the pool which couldn't be fixed, permission from the township was denied (such a lie, that development has been there at least 30 years). They probably just didn't want to pay for an additional lifeguard, despite the fact that we pay a ridiculous activity fee for nothing. And if you are allergic to mold and mildew, just turn in the other direction, HG is notorious for mold problems. Do yourself a favor and just look elsewhere, it is not worth the money.
