Onsite Management is Incompetent<br><br>While the price may be attractive, safe yourself the hassle and spend more. <br><br>The buildings are in fair condition at best. Major plumbing and kitchen updates are necessary to make it a decent place to live. My sink leaked repeatedly and constantly gurgles. The hot water is scalding and hard to moderate temperature wise. Maintenance attempts to be helpful, but is not very effective. The on site management team is horrible. Fran is pleasant, but incompetent. Sandy is curt, rude, and unprofessional. The only way to get anything done is to go over their heads to the Denholtz Management firm. Any billing or lease questions are met in an adversarial manner and the only option is to go to the property management group to but the on-site managers off at the source. Think twice.
