I've lived there for a long time (almost 8 years). I have had problems with the parking, as guests of residents pay no attention to the fact that each parking spot has a number and are not just open parking for anyone. Carlos, the super, will put a sticker on the car's window, but cars are never towed. I do have a problem with the noise, especially since a new patio was built near the laundry room. Also, there are often kids playing in the parking lot, which is dangerous and unnecessary. There is a small park about 3 blocks away. I've always felt safe there. There is plenty of lighting and no one can get into the buildings unless they are buzzed in. My apartment itself is in good condition and whenever I have a problem, it is fixed within a reasonable time. The only other thing that I've had issues with is the laundry room. It's not big enough for the amount of people that live there and there are often machines that are broken, a couple that have now been broken for almost 2 months.
Other than those instances, though, I obviously have not had enough problems to prompt me to move.
