I don't think I can recommend this property for anyone because of the following reasons based on my experience: 1- Management is not good. During my stay, I've received several letters from the management with a threatening tone on removing the AC, which belong to the building by the way, store it during the winter and seal the window and re-install it in summer. Everyone in that complex was shocked of these letters, whoever wrote them, he/she obviously need a training on being respectful and have proper communication with tenants. 2- The heating system is actually very bad, the property suppose to be responsible for the heating but most of the winter my apartment temp hit the 62, 64F. I had to bring several heaters which raised my electric bills >$150/month. 3- The washer/dryer is not working properly and resulted in high humidity in the apt, sometimes reach 80%. This means that it was installed incorrectly and push all the humidity inside the apartment. 4- The Apt is not really innovated but only re-painted for a zillion of times and that was clear from the first day I entered the apt and hit by the strong painting smell that lasted more than a month and caused allergy and problem in breathing.
