I have lived in TR my whole life and the complex was always a sore in the community. Drugs, violence nothing good came out if it. I found myself in a situation where I had to rely on government and state help to find residence somewhere I could afford. When I found out it was Wintering ham village I had a lump in my throat. I have been living here for a couple years and I have to say I love it. I have a beautiful one bedroom apartment it is peaceful filled with families in surrounding apartments. Hearing the laughter of the kids running around is wonderful. My only problem is a woman that lives in one of the back buildings across from me seems off. Guess you get that anywhere apartment dwellers end up. That's why I gave safety 3 stars. She is a very scary heavy woman that I have seen attack her smaller neighbor. Should be grounds for eviction.
