I'm a recent renter at The Crossings of Union and I honestly don't see myself renewing my lease. Overall the grounds are well kept and the apartment is a decent space (for a first time renter),however; the price is not worth it. You can hear you neighbors sneezing through the walls, I've been noticing molding in my ceiling, leaking in my kitchen sink, and parking after 9PM is impossible, not to mention trying to get in contact with someone in the leasing office. For people who get up every day to go to work and/or live their everyday lives it's ridiculous that you have to rush home in order to secure a parking space, you're lucky to even find a parking space on the street let alone inside the complex. I've been a resident for 5 months and my car has been towed TWICE since I've move in,I have a visible permit parking sticker in the windshield of my car. Aside from paying nearly $1600 in rent, you're required to pay an extra $50 if you want your own secured parking space monthly. To have to worry about your car being removed from the place you live and paying nearly $300 to get it back is outrageous.
