When I first moved into the development it was under the Avalon Communities. The development had a guard 24 hrs, there were no gates that needed to be replaced or repaired. The pool was clean and well maintained. Service requests were quickly responded to with minimal corrections. The entry doors were locked and the landscape was beautiful. The front office staff were friendly and cordial. The rental of the community room was only $250.00 and the side office area had computers available for the residents use. Now, the entry way doors are broken, the gates are constantly broken, the pool smells like urine and service orders take a long time to be answered with multiple attempts to get the job done right. Did the community room double in size? Because the cost has doubled. cars are parked overnight next to tow away signs that say do not park.. The was in our building are marked up and often there is garbage under the benches in the hallways. In my apartment are cracks developing on the walls and a brown light substance is staining the walls and some pictures in my home.Cars race through the development at night at high speeds. All of this and the rent keeps increasing while services are decreasing. Overall I'm not satisfied with the current state of our apartment. It is extremely disappointing, because I moved here after my mother died, and I thought I found a new home to regroup. Instead, in the last two years, its become a slow disappointment.
