Dear Anonymous, I am sorry you are frustrated with the policy, but we follow the standard NJAA lease agreement which states a 60-Day notice is required prior to vacating. Please feel free to stop by the office to discuss at your convenience.

A great and relatively quiet place to live that is close to a variety of shopping locations, the major train station, and major highways. We are in a nice central location. My roommate and I are loving our experience living here! See More

Beautiful apartment building with gorgeous amenities. I loved the gym, courtyard and clubhouse! There was a kitchen downstairs that the resident could use that I think will be useful. Plenty of parking and storage. See More
