I've been here for a little over 6 months, and it's been a great experience. The staff are all great people - very helpful, and they know my name. I transferred to a larger apartment in the same complex a few months ago, and it went exceptionally smoothly - the fees were reasonable and the process was straightforward.

Maintenance is knowledgeable and pretty quick. It's not instantaneous, but it's just one or two guys and they manage pretty well. Back when I first moved in I managed to clog my toilet, and of course I didn't have a plunger yet - they came within the hour and unclogged it for me, and didn't laugh at me or anything.

The only issue I've noticed is parking - I pay $20/month for a reserved spot (prime, too, right at the base of the stairs) which I'd definitely recommend, because general parking is just barely adequate. On weekend nights it's not uncommon to have to park across the complex. In some areas the lighting is poor as well, although it's still fairly safe. The complex is gated, and it's on Montgomery - there's a cop every 20 feet.
