I lived at Cloverleaf Apts for over 4 years. They allowed me to grow from a cute studio and ending in a large 1 bedroom 1 bath. When you walk around the community you feel that you are home, not just a place that you are currently residing at. The grounds are gorgeous, reminded me of what the coast would be like, very green with lots of flowers . The manager was very attentive to my needs and the maintenance crew was also nice and there when I needed something done. The gas station is not open 24/7 and does NOT sell liquor. I had good Internet service and great cell phone coverage. My favorite thing about Cloverleaf Apts was how quiet it was. If you know how to read, there is nothing wrong with the lease. I would rather be at a place that has a little tougher lease than a place that doesn't care about rules or who lives there. I never had any problems with noisy neighbors, feeling unsafe, etc. Before I left they replaced all the washers and dryers in the laundry room with all brand new Bosch machines. Those machines are wonderful. I would have to say that I actually miss living at Cloverleaf Apts and my neighbors that I had, they were all very caring. If I did not buy a house, I would still be there, but just in a 2 bedroom. :)
