I've lived in government housing and on-campus housing while I was in college. I've lived in some of the worst areas of town with the least cooperative apartment staff, but I would take all of these places over Cottonwood Ranch. The so-called management is useless, never returns phone calls and has no clue how to subimt a work request. On the rare ocasions that someone does show up to fulfill a work request, they do it wrong. The apartments are over priced and the people who collect rent can't figure out where to post the payments to (even with the apartment complex name and number clearly written on the check). I've recieved 3 notices of non-payment becuase the people in the accounting department (which is in a completely different apartment complex) couldn't figure out who lived in my apartment. There is absolutely no noise barrier to keep the noise from the people walking normally upstairs from making it impossible to hear my television in my living room. There are 12 parking spots per 24 apartments, the heater hasn't worked once in the year I've lived here in either the pool or the hot tub. I would not recomend these apartments to my worst enemy.
